Tendering Is the process of inviting different contractors to tender for, based on the design documentation prepared, budget assigned and analyzation before then awarding tenders to the most suitable contractors in addition to preparing agreement contracts.

We always coordinate with our client; presenting lists of contractors and consultants to oversee each specific project.

Timelines will be determined, and we will work within this time frame to complete all stages of the process. Our extensive knowledge of each phase combined with our expertise of buildings procedures and legalities means that we are perfectly placed to prepare all tender documentation.

All documentation is entirely developed and detailed, meeting all legal specifications. The two most important components of this process are contract preliminaries and the prepared schedule of work. Both of which will be expertly prepared to meet all regulations, locally and internationally.
