HYKAL oversaw the redesign and transformation of an existing building that had been used for the last 20 years as the office building for the Ministry of Telecommunications. Various design solutions were explored and presented to create a state of the art hotel that reflects a contemporary modern look, feel and function. All attached amenities were sleek, featuring modern fittings that perfectly blended elegance with leisure.
Situated at the main west entrance of King Fahad Highway, ALDAR Tower is a striking and modern landmark that overlooks the city of Riyadh. The tower consists of 25 floors above ground level and was built in such a way to maximise the view of the surrounding area. Integrating a spacious design, decorative work and a sleek finish was at the forefront of the project to reflect our client’s status.
Strategically located for both business and leisure with an ease of access to the area’s main attractions. Radisson SAS hotel offers a perfect mix between modern sophistication and a true Arabic cultural experience. The ground floor was designed to reflect and model that of an oasis with artificial river and trees being incorporated into the design. The layout was oriented in such away to be integrated with sea view.
Located in Durrat Al Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s first gated residential neighbourhood. The site was transformed without directly interfering with the area’s land topography. The stunning area resides on 1200000m2 of land that has been revigorated by eco-friendly water features. In relation to client’s needs, the car traffic of the site has been minimized while the walking areas have been improved to maximise the movement of pedestrians.
