HYKAL has been Approach by Aqalate Real Estate Co. a sister company of STC. To render design fit-out concept for existing building used for the last 20 years as office Building for Ministry of Telecommunication. The Owner attended to prepare concept fit-out to change the function of the building to 4/5 Stars hotel.

HYKAL Approached the design solution by using the dynamic shape of the building, orientation, site location, and other related buildings to develop the state of the Art- Hotel of 280 Keys with all related attached amenities: Lobbies, Receptions, Restaurants, GYM and Spa, and office centre in such modern looked design, in addition to life style commercial Arcade, Entertainments building, Plaza, and car parking. The Façade covered with curtain wall and balcony’s with very recognized entrance.
