HYKAL is proud to have completed the pre-concept design for Dailem Resorts, an ambitious redevelopment initiative in the natural Ash Shifa District of Al Taif. This project encompasses the transformation of three distinguished resorts: Al Dawaar Resort, Al Jabal Resort, and Al Kookh Resort.

Resort Highlights:

  • Al Dawaar Resort: Strategically located south of Ash Shafa Road, this resort features 102 luxurious units, including 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR accommodations, on a 12,070 sqm plot. The design emphasizes both elegance and functionality, ensuring a premium guest experience in a prime location.

  • Al Jabal Resort: Positioned directly opposite Al Dawaar Resort, this resort covers a 4,594 sqm plot. It is designed to offer a unique and complementary retreat with distinct amenities and exceptional scenic views, enhancing the overall guest experience.

  • Al Kookh Resort: Located 20 km from Taif on the Al Shifa high-rise mountains, Al Kookh Resort spans 19,649 sqm. The design focuses on maximizing the breathtaking mountain vistas and providing high-end facilities that cater to discerning guests.

Design Vision

The vision for Dailem Resorts is to establish “High-end Mountainous Resorts” that integrate luxury with innovative leisure options. Key features include:

  • Open-Air Home Theatres: Offering guests a unique and immersive outdoor entertainment experience.
  • Playgrounds and Fitness Centres: Designed to cater to relaxation, wellness, and recreational needs.
  • Innovative Swimming Pools: Featuring cutting-edge designs to enhance leisure and comfort.

Sustainability and Innovation:

Our design incorporates smart building technologies and advanced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, focusing on sustainability and operational efficiency. The resorts are crafted to deliver an exceptional blend of luxury, functionality, and environmental consciousness.
