Design in Details
The RICEC site area is 91000m2 and occupied by exhibition halls at the eastern side of the site with the future Radisson Blu Hotel at the west side, in the future, there will be a connection with the nearby Metro Station, HYKAL engaged management to develop new master plan for all related future expected facilities as well as the related traffic/ circulation of pedestrian and traffic within the site to maintain right flow of RICEC activities operations.
The development to respect the current status of the complex and all related code requirements as well as related government regulations.
The new development to include mainly the following:
- Additional exhibition halls of total Built-up area 30,000m2.
- Mosque.
- Restaurant/ food zone.
- Multifunction Building.
- Developing drop areas.
- Pedestrian and care traffic connections.
- VIP welcoming Entrance.
The new master plan development to respect the current context of the site.
